What makes you angry?

  • when people don't listen and don't understand

  • being emotionally over-sensitive

  • when a person is not there anymore

  • You see someone hurting and you can't do anything to help

How to manage anger:

  • Expressing how you feel in a calm way

  • Holding back anger

  • Relaxation exercises and breathing
