It's hard to accept change because things are going a little bit too fast, like a roller coaster. When we experience change, it can make you very emotional and moody, and it's like a ton of bricks coming down on top of you. It's heavy and it makes me feel out of control and irritable.

It feels like everyone is trying to hurt me and things are not right because I want to be a good leader and help people more often but I can't.

It happens because everyone is trying to fix me and they don't really see what's going on with me.

Change comes with fear and the attitude that you have inside you that never goes away.

Yes, I know I am going to miss my dad and he's aging right now, and it's hard to deal with this change, but we need to accept things and accepting things is a part of being a human being.

Here are some ways to accept change:

  • Go to church

  • Meditate

  • Get professional help

  • Support groups

It feels like I don't have a family anymore...my mother died in her sleep, my dad who I never see anymore and even my brother....it's not easy to live alone when people just don't support you...but you need to g out and spend time with people because staying inside will make you irritable, and it will keep you stuck on negative thoughts that aren't helpful.

You need someone to come to your house to help you deal with change because it's part of life and bad things can happen if you just try to leave it alone and not work through your issues.
