Mental illnesses are conditions that make it hard to do stuff because you are too anxious or too sad.


Things that create mental illness:

  • Family history

  • Death of loved one

  • Stress

  • Relationship problems

  • Loneliness


It is important to accept people who are not mentally well because it can happen to anyone.


What to do:

  • Talk to friend

  • Talk to a therapist

  • Talk to Surrey Place

  • Think positive

  • Eat less sugar

How to help someone who is depressed?

  • Listen

  • Don't judge

  • Ask them what they need

  • Share resources

Why we cry?

  • Show emotion

  • Connect to people
