Why do people target or bully someone?

People bully and target someone because they are jealous or they believe that someone is weak. They think someone will not stand up for themselves.

For example, staff from a group can target one person and single them out by telling them what to do or not do in a way that is not nice...to make themselves look good and make the person look bad.

What to do when you are bullied?
